“Fishy taste like a squawfish on the beach”-Jim.
While lounging in the living room with his elder brother, my father offered him another drink. “What did you have in mind?” said Jim. “How about a Bromide Krigmi?” bullshitted my father. “What’s in that?” “Kirsch, baking soda, and, ummm, Bushmills.” “That sounds terrible.” “It does.” “Let’s make it anyways!”
About 3/4 oz of Schlosse Kirsch, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 oz of Bushmills Irish Whiskey. Stir gently.
Nose: like an iodiney whisky (Ardbeg)
Palate: fishy, salty, whisky, salty caramel
Finish: old fish, the baking soda sticks to your teeth
Rating: 1/5 bad
